Enable users to sign up for car maintenance through the website, specifying the car parameters and work to be performed with the function of selecting available hours for reservation, as well as automatically generating an estimated cost of maintenance work.
Create an interface that allows you to display the list and scope of work by car for booked slots. Implement the function of reserving a car by a manager or an online form to perform work from the list. Ensure synchronization of the interface with the accounting system.
Automatically receive and update work order data directly in the tabular part (interface). Transfer user contact information to the accounting system with the possibility of further processing by managers.
The result of the project:
An interactive and user-friendly interface was created to manage the workflow, list and scope of car maintenance work, as well as an integrated online system for making service appointments.
The developed solution ensures: increased efficiency of internal processes, improved customer interaction, task automation, timely and accurate data synchronization with the accounting system, and reduced workload for managers due to the ability to make service appointments on their own.
