The team was tasked with developing an effective solution that would optimize and unify in one system processes in the car rental business related to accounting and fleet management.
Project Outcome:
Developed SaaS solution with a mobile application called “Car Rent”:
- The WEB solution provides the possibility of accounting for motor vehicles, monitoring the technical condition of cars, tracking the validity of insurance policies and technical inspection, booking cars, auto-generating contracts and acts, delegating tasks in the system to employees, managing several rental branches, generating reports on operations and the status of cars.< /li>
- The mobile application is designed to optimize the process of receiving/issuing rented cars, endowed with functionality that allows you to conduct a remote comprehensive inspection of the car through an individually configured inspection scheme, photo-fixation of damage, automatic comparison of car parameters before and after returning the car from rental, generation of inspection reports and data transfer to the system.
