Why a typical chatbot is more annoying than helpful<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bots with buttons and scripts were introduced as a solution to the problem of \u00abthe manager doesn\u2019t have enough time.\u00bb But in reality, they just shift the problem onto the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
