The team was tasked with developing an effective solution that would optimize and integrate the processes in the car rental business related to fleet accounting and management into one system.
The result of the project:
We developed a SaaS solution with a mobile application called Car Rent:
- WEB solution provides the ability to account for vehicles, monitor the technical serviceability of cars, track the validity of insurance policies and technical inspections, book cars, auto-generate contracts and acts, delegate tasks in the system to employees, manage several rental branches, generate reports on operations and car status.
- The mobile application was developed to optimize the process of receiving/receiving rented cars, and is equipped with functionality that allows for remote comprehensive inspection of the car through an individually configured inspection scheme, photo-fixation of damage, automatic comparison of car parameters before and after returning the car from the rental, generation of inspection reports and data transfer to the system.
The main functions and capabilities of the system:
- Automation of the process of issuing and returning cars by conducting a circular inspection;
- Centralized database management;
- Accounting for fleet vehicles and monitoring their technical condition;
- Maintaining documentation and photographic records;
- Manage vehicle parameters and customize the system;
- Manage vehicle statuses;
- Implementation of the system's calendar with the ability to book cars;
- Customer information management;
- Auto-generation of documents;
- System push notifications;
- Analytical reporting.
