To develop a functional solution that will allow a service advisor to quickly and efficiently perform a full circular inspection of the car at the service center.
The solution should provide the ability to record the condition of the interior and exterior of the customer's car during the round inspection before the car is transferred for service, generating an inspection report that can be easily integrated into the dealer's accounting system.
The result of the project:
A full-featured and user-friendly web and mobile application designed to optimize the process of a car's round inspection at dealer service centers.
The developed solution includes the ability to customize car inspections, a form editor, the functionality of photo fixation of the interior and exterior of the car, an interactive map of the car's external elements, automatic generation of inspection reports, report generation, and integration with the accounting system.
The main functions and capabilities of the system:
- Convenient and clear interface for system users;
- Fixing the condition of the car with the ability to take photos and view the inspection results;
- Administrative panel with functions: authorization, user access, setting up individual blocks and vehicle inspection forms;
- Automatic generation of acts for dealers;
- Automatic synchronization of forms and blocks with dealer databases;
- Redirect the review to other users of the system;
- Logging and analytics of reviews;
- Integration of inspection reports into the dealer's accounting system;
- Backing up reviews on the server.
